Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment with me, I require a 24 hour notice of your cancellation as I have reserved your appointment time before hand. When you cannot keep the appointment, it is too late to give another client your time slot.
I counsel six to seven clients per day, so scheduled appointment times are very crucial to keeping the schedule for that day so as not to inconvenience another client. If you do not notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the fee that you paid for your counseling session will become your missed appointment fee and it will not be refunded.
Should an emergency occur on the day of your appointment you are still required to notify me immediately, or else have someone you know notify me immediately at least four hours before your scheduled session that day, so that we may re-schedule your session.
